Our story

The artisan behind Tiitoune Art

I'm Tiitoune, a henna artisan based in Réunion. I prepare every henna and jagua cone by hand, with fresh, 100% natural ingredients and nothing else. What I love most is passing on this temporary art: a design that blooms on the skin, lives for a few weeks, then fades and leaves a memory. Every creation that leaves my home carries a little of that magic, prepared with care on the day it ships.

The ritual

Henna in 3 steps

Preparation

Clean, dry skin with no cream or oil: that's the secret to a deep, long-lasting colour.

Application

Apply the fresh paste with the cone, following your design: fine line, steady hand.

Reveal & aftercare

Let it dry, then scrape the paste off dry. No water for the first 24 hours: the colour deepens over 48 hours.
